Senior Salesperson- full-time – Giant St Albans

We are looking for a full-time sales person to work in our Giant St Albans store. Maybe you have been cutting your teeth at Halfords, Evans, Balfe’s or an IBD? Or perhaps you are a cyclist who has the interest and customer service skills to change career and work in the bike industry? If so, are you looking to work in a small, well organised and friendly bike company?

We are looking for a mature, outgoing and cheerful person to help and sell to customers as they enter the store and shop from our showroom. You will also help and support the store manager, workshop staff, and even become our bike fitter. You will be completely immersed in the day to day demands of a busy cycle retailer, bike fitting studio and professional workshop.

For the right candidate there are even opportunities to progress your skills to build display bikes, become a service mechanic, and learn Bike Fitting skills. In addition, this is a keyholding role for the right candidate.

UK/European Sales Lead 

Join our mission to inspire the next generation of mountain bikers. As the UK/European Sales Lead, you will spearhead growth and success across our established markets in the UK and Europe. This senior role focuses on retail sales, team leadership, and market expansion, requiring strategic acumen, robust leadership skills, and a passion for nurturing relationships. Reporting to the Global Sales Lead or General Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning with our global objectives and mission.

This remote position, based within the UK or Europe, offers the flexibility to work independently while maintaining a vital connection with our global team. As the role develops, opportunities will include scaling operations, establishing a regional team, and potentially setting up a regional hub to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities for this role will include sales strategy and performance management, team leadership and development, relationship management, brand representation, market intelligence, operational excellence, marketing and events and team development.

Southern MTB Sales Representative

As our MTB Sales Representative you’ll be expected to bring your own performance to the tasks below.

To manage, sell to, develop and service the account base in the specific geographical area of Southern England and Wales. Provide information, support materials, present and sell FOX products to each of the designated accounts.

Your duties and responsibilities would include, optimizing sales and service to FOX MTB accounts through relentless outbound selling. Maximize sales of all FOX products with a persistent pursuit to achieving sales goals with assigned geographies. Be accountable for selling to the account base through “Pre Book” and “At-Once” business via customer visits, email and phone. Contact accounts to drive revenue and adoption of current selling campaigns. Establish and maintain timely, consistent, responsive external and internal relationships. Keep your manager informed on opportunities, problems, and support needed as well as work with the manager to resolve issues. Develop sales knowledge via communication with Accounts, Product Teams and Sales Management. Learn and stay current on product and product trend changes within all divisions at FOX and identify product opportunities for accounts based on inventory and regional needs. Increase sell-in and sell-through by working to prepare, plan and deliver a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation on a seasonal basis. Actively participate in sales meetings and give feedback to the UK Country Manager.
