UK Service Technician – YT Industries
The YT Service Technician’s mission is to elevate the customer experience to exceptional standards by managing and optimising workshop service operations. This role will take full ownership of YT’s new Click and-Collect Service, ensuring that every bike is built to deliver peak performance and long-term reliability. By consistently delivering quality craftsmanship and service excellence, the YT Service Technician will play a critical role in establishing the YT UK Workshop as one of the top five bicycle workshops in the UK.
Some of the objectives for the include the following. Collaborate in building a world-class reputation for the YT UK Workshop by delivering excellence in service quality and customer satisfaction. Refine and implement the Click-and-Collect Service, ensuring bikes are meticulously prepared and ready for collection, delighting customers with a seamless experience. Drive an increase in service jobs while maintaining quality and ensuring a maximum 10-working-day turnaround time, barring stock issues or unique customer requirements.
In-depth knowledge of everything related to MTB and E-MTB, MTB specific components, technologies and development. Five years minimum of industry experience in a mechanical role. Qualified to Cytech level 2 is preferred, although specific training in all areas will be provided to the successful candidate.
