Job Description Agent for Midlands and Mid and South Wales

Proudly made in Italy quality, manufacturing performance cycling, triathlon and running kit from our Bergamo factory.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual to sell both our growing Inline Fashion ranges and support our Custom business. Bringing energy, expertise, and commitment to the role. Tell us why you’re the perfect fit and the unique attributes you’ll bring to our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with independent specialist retailers in your territory, founded on trust, integrity, and exceptional customer support.
  • Driving Growth: Introduce new products, expanding sales in an already established territory with both new and existing businesses.
  • Working closely with our brand, our marketing and our retail support teams to ensure optimal brand presence and placement in stores.
  • Maximizing Brand Visibility: Enhance in-store brand displays, product presentations, and shop staff training.

What You’ll Need:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in the cycle industry, especially apparel sales with established contacts. 
  • A passion for bicycles and cycling is essential.
  • Self-Motivation: A results driven, goal-oriented individual with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to provide clear and concise weekly visit reports to keep the business informed.
  • Excellent Communication: A confident communicator, adept at engaging with both customers and colleagues.
  • Team Player: A positive, collaborative personality who thrives both independently and in team settings.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Genuine empathy and interest in supporting independent bicycle retailers, understanding their challenges and helping them succeed with our brands.
  • Territory Knowledge: You’ll need to reside within the designated sales territory.
