Unicorn Inc appoints Blair Whiteside as sales agent

Edinburgh-based Unicorn Inc has announced the appointment of Blair Whiteside to the role of sales agent, covering the north of the UK and Ireland, effective immediately.

Established in early 2023, Unicorn Inc is the UK brand partner for Body Glide, Goodr sunglasses, and Grayl water purifier and filter bottles. Appointing Whiteside comes at a convenient time alongside the announcement of a new partnership with NiteRider bike lights.

With 30 years of experience in the bike trade, both in racing and team management, as well as territory account management, Whiteside adds Goodr and NiteRider to his existing line-up of brands in his fold at Cycle IKot, including Haro, FiftyOne Bikes, Ere Research and Moustache.

Having previously represented both brands in a former sales role, Whiteside is familiar with where both sit in the marketplace.

Whiteside said: “I am looking forward to working alongside Unicorn Inc with NiteRider and Goodr.

“Both brands have quality products, and they have been successful for me in the past.

“The new products from both brands look exciting.”

The addition of NiteRider to Unicorn’s portfolio was confirmed earlier this month.

The goal for Unicorn Inc is to provide the consumer with “the best possible brand experience” whether they choose to shop in store or online, and re-define NiteRider’s stake in the UK and European cycle markets.
