Adaptive DCS is continuing its growth trajectory with the appointment of Niki Burnley as area manager for Central (South) England and South Wales.
A seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in the bicycle industry, Burnley takes expertise in sales, business development, and operations, along with an understanding of the IBD market.
Reuniting with Adaptive’s co-owners after working together in previous roles, Burnley will oversee sales for Adaptive’s portfolio of cycling brands, including 3T, Limar, UDOG, Repente, NS Bikes, and Rondo.
Her strong industry connections and proven ability to foster customer relationships will play a vital role in driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint in the region.
Speaking on the appointment, Dale Vanderplank, director and co-owner of Adaptive DCS, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Niki to the team and to be working with her again.

Adaptive DCS is growing rapidly – Burnley’s appointment follows the company’s other recent milestones, including hiring Andrew McIntosh as country manager for Scotland and being honoured with the prestigious BikeBiz ‘Newcomer of the Year’ award.
