Set goals and standards to be constantly achieved. As the ultimate expert, Impart product and brand knowledge to key team members across your retail stores Employ strategies to drive sell through of the complete product range. Engage and speak directly to riders seeking to understand and impart learnings back to the business. Seek out new ambassadors for our brand, connecting them to our family and making them Specialized forever. Be highly organised and plan various campaigns with our retail partners and stores, from product launches through to seasonal sales drives. Motivate in-store teams to sell our products above any others, providing compelling reasons to do so. Work with your store network to ensure they deliver rider service and support to a high level, importantly supporting s.com sales Identify new opportunities for retail and highly aligned partners Work closely with the Brand Sales team to ensure all aligned retail partners have dedicated allocations and ordering profiles. Consistently merchandise each of your stores ensuing most effective product placement and maximising sell through over competitor product. Pay special attention to ensuring Equipment lines are ranged, displayed in the most effective way, and consistently represented and sold, through all stores.
