Job Purpose
As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team.
 Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, handling enquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Order Processing: Accurately processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, tracking orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of our product range, including bikes, components, clothing, and accessories.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order information.
Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a motivated and organised individual with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the cycling industry.
