Job Purpose

As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, handling enquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Order Processing: Accurately processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, tracking orders, and managing customer accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of our product range, including bikes, components, clothing, and accessories.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order information.

Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a motivated and organised individual with:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the cycling industry.
