EBCO strengthens portfolio with addition of Adventure 2

EBCO has announced the latest addition to its Adventure e-bike range by launching the Adventure 2.

The product marks the completion of the EBCO’s Adventure portfolio, offering off-road and gravel-ready performance.

Maintaining the pedigree of the Adventure portfolio, the Adventure 2 is designed to be a lightweight, flat-bar gravel e-bike at an affordable price, retailing at £1,499.

Powering the Adventure 2 is a Bafang H300 hub motor and a 360Wh LG cell battery.

“This bike isn’t just another model in our lineup; it’s a testament to our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction,” said Chris Needs, head of EBCO.

“The Adventure 2 embodies the spirit of exploration and freedom that defines our brand. We are excited to offer this new bike to our customers and look forward to seeing the adventures it inspires.”

Adventure 2 is EBCO’s entry-level Adventure model

Completing the spec on this flat-bar gravel model is a 7-speed Shimano Altus groupset, Clarks clout hydraulic disc brakes, and Ralson Spectre tyres (27.5 x 2.2″)

Each model is equipped with front and rear lighting and mudguards as standard.

A spokesperson for EBCO added: “The Adventure 2 has been meticulously developed in partnership with our extensive network of dealers, directly responding to the needs and feedback of our customers.

“As a brand that values approachability and community, EBCO embraces the dealer network to ensure our bikes meet the highest standards of design and usability. This collaboration underscores our commitment to providing high-quality, affordable bikes that are easy to use, making cycling accessible and enjoyable for everyone.”

The Adventure 2 will come in two models, the 2R and the 2L. Both are equipped with the same accessories, but the 2L features a trapeze-style frame, while the 2R has a more traditional gravel/MTB geometry.

This will sit as EBCO’s entry-level product in the Adventure range, below the Adveture 3 and the range-topping Adventure 5.
