Previous brand management experience is highly desirable although not essential. A passion and enthusiasm for cycling is also a big plus.

As our Bike Mechanic, you’ll be expected to be the guardian of adventure, ensuring every bike that hits our trails is finely tuned and ready for the challenge. From routine maintenance to tackling complex technical issues with the latest e-bikes, you’ll be the grease-stained hero keeping hire, demo and our amazing customers bikes in peak condition.
We are a small, but close knit team, so often turn our hands to anything to help out. Don’t be surprised if you end up helping in the cafe or retail area at busy times, or find yourself out in the forest helping to build and maintain trails. This is just how we do things. You will be expected to have the same attitude. This is a customer facing role. With an open workshop and a busy trail network on the doorstep, you will be expected to interact with customers and the general public on a daily basis, even though this can be disruptive to your workflow. You will possess excellent communication skills and offer customer service of the highest level at all times.
