Fizik has launched limited-edition versions of its popular Ferox Carbon and Atlas gravel shoes in bold, new Team Amani and Black Mamba colourways.
Team Amani and Black Mamba development squad riders have built a strong reputation as pioneers on the gravel racing scene.
To honour this, Fizik has used its gravel pioneers, the Ferox Carbon and Atlas shoes, as the base for a limited edition featuring two new designs, both inspired by the wildlife of Kenya.
Ferox Carbon Team Amani special edition
With a dual closure system, the instep and forefoot are independently adjustable, enabling a secure and bespoke fit.
Along the instep, Powerstrap provides exceptional foot containment at high cadence – a trait which is particularly needed whilst pedalling off-road – whilst also providing a robust, crash-proof system.
A bi-directional Li2 Boa Fit System is located on the forefoot, ensuring a micro-adjustable precision fit with even pressure distribution.
Stiff sole, and trail-ready tread
The Ferox Carbon Team Amani Boa dial tailored fit is complemented by the X1 carbon and rubber outsole.
With a high stiffness-to-weight ratio, the carbon plate transfers the power generated from shoe to bike efficiently. The outsole is also equipped with generous studs and a rubber coating that covers the shoe’s entire surfaces, delivering improved traction for those off-the-bike moments.
Lightweight, breathable, tough
Ferox’s weight is kept low due to an innovative upper construction where a polyurethane-laminated material is incorporated over a translucent and comfortable mesh. This not only saves weight, but is also breathable and tear-resistant.

Atlas Black Mamba special edition
The Atlas remains one of the most versatile off-road shoes in the Fizik range; equally capable of handling fast and fun downcountry laps, epic all-mountain rides, long-distance backcountry adventures and drop-bar gravel grinding.
Comfort and protection
Atlas’s generous fit and single BOA closure allows for long-lasting comfort, while its TPU overlay both reinforces the toecap and provides added ventilation without sacrificing protection.
Grip and efficiencyÂ
The X5 outsole is equipped with generous studs and a rubber coating that provides improved grip and traction on steep and rough terrain.
The hidden nylon foot plate delivers balanced stiffness for efficient pedalling while the low-cut uppers allow for smooth, unhindered ankle movement during every pedal stroke.
