OnGuard has launched the RockSolid, positioned as the world’s lightest angle grinder-resistant D Lock, weighing in at 1.4kg.
Sold Secure Diamond rated, the RockSolid D Lock is designed to offer maximum resistance to attack, and utilises a variety of cutting-edge materials, enabling it to see off sustained attacks from thieves.
Crafted from a proprietary blend of ultra-high-strength diamond-ceramic materials and reinforced with a multi-layered defence system, the RockSolid is reportedly “virtually impervious to the cutting force of angle grinders”.
A spokesperson for the brand highlights, “With each component meticulously designed and rigorously tested, the OnGuard RockSolid boasts an unrivalled resistance to brute force attacks. Its hardened, shrouded shackle is resistant to an angle grinder, defying even the most aggressive cutting attempts.”
The RockSolid also features a 4XP Quattro Bolt design, securing the crossbar in four places, ensuring maximum resistance to pulling, jacking, prying and twisting attacks.
Whilst maximum protection is a cornerstone of the OnGuard RockSolid’s design, usability and convenience are equally important.
