Our Darlington Cytech Workshop is kitted out with the latest equipment and accommodates up to 8 learners per course, including Cytech Technical One, Two and Three training as well as Home Mechanic and other courses from the workshop.
We are looking for a self-motivated expert within the Cycle Industry that can deliver innovative training to our diverse group of learners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has vast amount of experience/knowledge within the cycle industry and enjoys mentoring others that shares the same passion for bikes.

The Pinarello Store on Regents Street, London, is the leading flagship store for Pinarello in the UK & globally. During 2025 the store will go through an exciting period of change, of which this person will be an integral part.
The role of the Store Manager is to manage the store and lead a team, providing an excellent standard of customer service. In addition, this role would require not just managerial experience but also a passion and dedication for the Pinarello brand. You will be responsible for delivering Pinarello’s values to a global audience of clients and fans.
You will be accountable for all aspects of the store; revenue, inventory, purchasing and effectively maintaining an EPOS system. You will serve customers showing high standards of customer care at all times, providing a helpful and friendly service, in order to maximise sales and profit. You will lead a team of three people, with the ability to communicate well with customers and management and demonstrate a passion for the brand. Ideally you will have experience in a store management role, preferably within the bicycle industry.

Due to further expansion of the company, we are looking for an additional Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be a result focused individual with great attention to detail. The role is all about providing an excellent customer experience, maintaining and reviewing existing relationships in an ever-shifting marketplace.
This role also provides a great understanding of the business and the opportunity to progress into more specialist roles of the business over time is likely. A background in the cycle or fitness industry would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
