Torq adds Energy Jellies to its Fuelling System portfolio

Celebrating 25 years of all-natural performance nutrition, Torq has officially launched its new Energy Jellies.

Following extensive development and testing, Torq’s new Jellies integrate into the brand’s Fuelling System, alongside category-leading Gels, organic Bars and Energy Drinks.

Each packet of Torq Jellies contains six energy-rich soft chews, providing a total of 30g of 2:1glucose:fructose carbohydrate.

This optimised blend allows fuelling rates of up to 90g/hour (three Torq units), in conjunction with any of the other fuelling products above.

The most convenient method for mid-ride “grazing”, the vegan-friendly Torq Jellies are igloo-shaped for easy removal from the packet, and temperature-stable for use in all weathers.

Torq Jellies will be available as boxes of 15

With no added colours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, Torq Jellies are offered in three flavours – orange, lime and berries.

A packet of six Torq Jellies has a standard retail price of £2.75. The product will also be available as boxes of 15 packets, retailing at £41.25.

Available from ZyroFisher from Monday, July 15.

Fuelling System

The Fuelling System was devised to provide clear guidelines on how to fuel effectively and in a straight forward manner. The company has created a guideline to explains how rider’s can combine fuelling products to create “a useful and effective fuelling regimen”.

According to the brand, each athlete should aim to consume two to three Torq Units per hour.

One unit equals 30g of multiple-transportable carbohydrate and the business has made consuming these units easier by creating uniformity across the fuelling portfolio.

From a texture perspective, the System also provides variety with fuelling products ranging from ‘Wet’ to ‘Smooth’ to ‘Soft’ to ‘Chewy’.

The entire Torq range, including the Fuelling System and Explore, is available to all ZyroFisher dealers. For more information contact your ZyroFisher account manager or visit Zyrofisherb2b.co.uk.
