Proviz have launched a new B2B website for retailers, with new features, integrations and carriers to give an enhanced experience and faster delivery.
This sees the brand transition its B2B website to Shopify.
Anthony Langly-Smith, co-CEO and founder of Proviz Sports, commented: “We had a B2B built on Magento which functioned fine but needed some improvements.
“We took the feedback from retailers and invested a significant amount of time and effort into a new platform built on Shopify.
“This has been going really well with great feedback from retailers in terms of website experience, delivery times and cost efficiency. This is part of our strategy to work closer with our much valued retail partners across the UK.”
Among the updates is the ability to have different catalogues for different retailers, more checkout options, and flexible payment systems, now offering “on account terms”.
Shopify also works well with Xero accounting software so seamless invoicing if order is placed on account.
Moving forward, multiple contacts for each retailer are able to purchase, so it doesn’t need to just be one point of contact, and PO Numbers are available at checkout.
There will also be back in stock notifications, promotional discounts on top of wholesale prices, tailored to each retailer, and easier reordering.
Proviz also has an app that links with Shopify that provides detailed invoices for each retailer should they wish to have this for their reconciliation.
Finally, there are new B2B shipping options globally and better pricing.
The autumn also brings a launch of new products available to retailers to enhance their offering to customers across apparel and accessories.
Retailers who were on the old B2B platform will have to re-register online at b2b.provizsports.com.
Proviz has been working with UK and global retailers since 2008.
Langly-Smith concludes: “We look forward to welcoming previous and new bike shops to be able to purchase Proviz products quickly and efficiently.”
