3T has unveiled a refreshed Primo WPNT, a new chapter for the brand’s leading gravel bike with a new look and an innovative in-house paint programme.
When the Primo first launched, it was one of the first products in the gravel market to introduce aerodynamics, a concept previously considered unnecessary for off-road biking.
Since then, the Primo has featured at premier gravel events like Unbound, the Jeroboam 300, and Barry-Roubaix.
But now, 3T has decided it’s time for an evolution of the Primo, blending technical innovation with an artistic approach.
This evolution began with the launch of the 3T WPNT (WePaint) programme, bringing all painting operations in-house in Italy.
The Primo WPNT introduces five unique colours with the tones moving away from traditional racing aesthetics, embracing pastel hues and tone-on-tone designs that are a nod to 3T’s heritage.
A spokesperson for 3T added: “The design team approached the Primo WPNT as more than a machine for sport–it’s a canvas for creativity, much like a high-fashion accessory.
“Every new colour is thoughtfully crafted to pop and stand out, rejecting the expected and safe, and presenting something bold and exciting for riders looking to express their personal style.”
While the aesthetics may be refreshed, the performance of the Primo retains its focus on aerodynamics, versatility, and handling.
The Primo WPNT is available as both a frameset and a complete bike.
A complete bike combines SRAM’s AXS groupset with 3T’s new 40 | 30 carbon wheels (40mm deep, 30mm external width, 23mm internal width), offering the versatility to handle both gravel and road tyres with ease.
The new Primo WPNT collection is available from the brand’s UK partner Adaptive DCS, with an estimated lead time of six to eight weeks.
