We are looking for a full time Content and Marketing Manager here at BikePark Wales. This will be a fast paced, hands on, diverse role that will suit those looking for variety. The right candidate would be responsible for creating and sharing content for all things BPW as well as planning and implementing campaigns, reporting on their success, and leading on all marketing activities. This role will give great exposure to all levels of marketing in a small and very exciting company and would suit an experienced content and social media manager looking to step into a role that includes wider marketing responsibilities. For the right candidate there will be plenty of room to grow in the role. Having built our brand from within, our marketing is delivered with minimal use of agencies and external providers meaning a varied skillset, a creative mind and adaptability will be crucial. The candidate should have experience in creating, delivering, and reviewing social media campaigns and have experience using Google Analytics for reporting. They should be a competent writer, have experience capturing photo/video content and have keen commercial awareness. Having a strong background in Mountain Biking will be a big advantage. Responsibilities overview Design and scheduling of paid and organic social media campaigns across all major platforms. Creative lead on content creation, having the ideas, capturing the video/photo content, and planning the campaign. Assisting multiple departments within the business with social media delivery for brand building and commercial awareness campaigns. Reporting on the impact of those campaigns including the use of Google Analytics. Creating and scheduling our email marketing plan through newsletters, email blasts and surveys. Supporting our team in encouraging underrepresented groups to use the bike park. Assist in website enrichment by adding the latest news stories and updating seasonal content and imagery. Assist in developing and implementing ideas to improve the user experience of our website. Supporting the communications and delivery of events at the park. Assisting the development of signage on site with support from senior managers and graphic designers Nurturing the relationships between the park and pro riders, encouraging influencers to use the park and share content. Nurturing relationships with our sponsors, create and manage the delivery of agreed activations to enhance the experience for our customers. Manage the order and tracking of sponsorship products. Work with the BPW race team to showcase and increase awareness of them and the park. Create monthly marketing reports. Manage the creation, storage, and distribution of marketing assets. Create the annual marketing plan with a balance of brand building and commercial focuses in line with the needs of the business. Manage and report on the annual marketing budget.
