Reid Bikes Ltd are looking for an experienced customer service / warranty support person to join their team. Ideally (but not essential) the candidate would have a knowledge of bicycles / ebikes / electric scooters. The most important qualities that we are looking for are problem solving, client care, and diligence. Warranty Support Responsibilities Working with key accounts and distribution partners globally for product and warranty support Making suggestions for product changes based on feedback from our partners when discussing warranty matters Administration of warranty matters in Prospect365 software for Reid Bikes Ltd Administration of warranty matters for Reid Cycles Pty Ltd (Our Australian retail business) Monthly reports and credits with key suppliers for Reid Bikes Ltd and Reid Cycles Pty Ltd eBike diagnostic advice – In control of manufacturers diagnostic software and communicating fault codes Product Assistant Responsibilities Organisation of files and technical documents relating to product development Ensuring all products are photographed Filing product images when they come in and sharing with Marketing Dept Chasing all models on Sample Tracker each week to update Product Manager General support of Product Manager We need someone who can slip seamlessly into our growing team, adding value and experience where we need it as a business.
