From humble beginnings, we built our first store at Leisure Lakes from the ground-up by hand!!  We have regularly expanded and now have 16 locations across the UK and a huge online bike store! Job Requirements

We are thrilled to announce the Leisure Lakes family of bike shops will soon have a new store serving the people of Southampton 

We are looking for someone to join our soon to be opened store in Southampton as Store Manager. The right candidate will train a team who  provide exceptional customer service and promote Leisurelakesbikes.com.

Situated within the Go Outdoors store Leisurelakesbikes.com will now be supplying cycling enthusiasts in Southampton and the surrounding areas with the very best brands available in the UK today.

Applicants  will want to get involved with the local cycling community and embrace their role within the family of bike shops that make up Leisurelakesbikes.com. 

The role is for a store  manager, a great opportunity to develop retail leadership skills and experience.  Our managers take on additional responsibilities and want greater involvement in commercial decision making. 

You will be required to work on the busy shop floor answering customers’ questions and undertake general shop duties as well as managerial responsibilities. These include operating our workshop diary, EPOS till system, stock taking and speaking with manufacturers/suppliers. 

We aim to treat everyone we come into contact with with respect and dignity. You will be expected to operate in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with all customers, colleagues and suppliers.

• We are offering competitive pay rates (dependent on experience).
• Schedules and rotas mean our staff work an average of 35-40 hours over five days and these days will include regular weekends and bank holidays.
• Employees are entitled to 28 days paid holiday a year. Great staff discounts and option to join our Cycle to Work scheme.
