From humble beginnings, we built our first store at Leisure Lakes from the ground-up by hand!!  We have regularly expanded and now have 16 locations across the UK and a huge online bike store! The recently re-fitted Go Outdoors store Third Ave, Millbrook Rd W, Millbrook, SO15 0LE  will soon be home to Leisurelakesbikes.com.

Situated within the Go Outdoors store Leisurelakesbikes.com will now be supplying cycling enthusiasts in Southampton and the surrounding areas with the very best brands available in the UK today. 

Job Requirements

We would like to hear from riders who are looking to either further their career within the cycle industry or, are you looking to start a new journey?

We have many job opportunities to join our team. We need you to be: Proactive, hard working, computer literate and most importantly  have a passion for bikes.? 

You will be required to work in our busy workshops answering customers’ questions and operate as part of a team servicing and assembling a wide range of bicycles from entry level children’s bikes to market leading Emtb models. 

Applicants will need to possess a reasonable understanding of computers and be able to use/learn our workshop diary, EPOS till system, as part of our workshop team you will also be expected to participate in  stock taking and speak with manufacturers/suppliers when necessary.  We aim to treat everyone we come into contact with with respect and dignity. You will be expected to operate in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with all customers and suppliers. All applicants must have at least one year’s experience within the cycle industry and have a recognised accreditation for bicycle technicians such as  Cytech.

• We are offering competitive pay rates (dependent on experience).
• Stores open 7 days including Bank Holidays.
• Schedules and rotas mean our staff work an average of 35-40 hours over five days and these days will include regular weekends and bank holidays.
