The new ‘fast-folding’ Gocycle GX has been crowned ‘Best Electric Bike’ by T3 Magazine in its 2019 Technology Awards.
The latest addition to the Gocycle family can be folded and stowed in under ten seconds, the brand has said, and has received a ‘great reception’ since it was revealed in February with more pre-orders than any previous Gocycle at launch.
Richard Thorpe, Gocycle designer, said: “We are delighted with T3 Magazine’s recognition of our new fast-folding GX so soon after its launch. The GX compliments our existing GS and G3 models, exhibiting Gocycle’s lightweight, clean design DNA, in a fast-folding package that makes it the perfect e-bike for urban commuting.
“Its superior fit and unrivalled riding dynamics make it an incredibly fun bike to ride and the perfect way to get around town this summer.”
The Gocycle GX will be available for test rides at Fully Charged Live, Silverstone, from 7th to 9th June. The brand also recently announced a scheme that will see the business pay its employees 40p per mile when choosing to commute to work by e-bike rather than their car.
