Madison to distribute Gtechniq in the UK and Ireland

Madison has announced that it will distribute surface care and protection brand Gtechniq to bike shops across the UK and Ireland, effective immediately.

With its headquarters based in Northamptonshire, Gtechniq has more than 20 years of experience protecting and caring for luxury cars and boats.

More recently, the company has brought its innovative smart surface technology to cyclists, making now the right time to work with Madison and its extensive retail network.

Dominic Langan, CEO at Madison, said: “Gtechniq, may well be a brand already known to you from their paint protection products within the automotive industry.

“We believe their new range of bicycle specific products is something a discerning cyclist will want to use to protect and maintain their bikes and keep them looking their absolute best. Gtechniq presents the retailer with some interesting opportunities within the aftersales channel, value added service for new bike sales and even protecting rental bikes and reducing cleaning time.

“This is a high quality, well-respected premium brand which sits perfectly within our offering at Madison and we know you are going to enjoy great success with Gtechniq.”

One of Gtechniq’s most popular products is its Bike Ceramic that forms a durable, slick, chemically bonded layer of invisible ceramic protection to a bike.

This protection prevents dirt, mud and grime from bonding to the surface of the bike, which makes cleaning the bike easier.

“We are delighted to partner with Madison Distribution,” added Rob Earle, managing director at Gtechniq Bike.

“Their extensive network and deep understanding of the cycling market, make them the ideal partner to help us bring our industry-leading Bike Ceramic and maintenance products to a wider audience.”

Madison will distribute Gtechniq’s full range of bicycle care products headlined by the Bike Ceramic Kit and its associated products.

Gtechniq is available on Madison B2B and Freewheel now.
