Squid Bikes enters Europe with Brick Lane Bikes distribution

Squid Bikes has entered the European Market with Brick Lane Bikes/BLB Bigmama.

Launched at the Bespoked bike show in Bristol and working Brick Lane, Squid will now have representation within Europe, allowing riders and shops to purchase frames/bikes.

Squid currently has three frames: the Squidcross, used by the Squid squad in this year’s UCI World Cyclocross Championships, the FOJ, which can run a 650 x 3.0 tyre, and Shred to Ed’s, a ‘big kids’ ultimate’ BMX frame. All frames are completed without paint, allowing riders to paint them themselves or get the Squid team to paint them, to one of the four spray-to-order designs using any of Spray.Bike’s 48 colours.

Emily Kachorek, one of Squid’s founders, said: “We’re really pleased to be working with Brick Lane Bikes and Bigmama – they’ve got great connections across Europe and work with some of the best brands – Spray.bike, Phil Wood and Paul Components, Fyxation forks and Velocity Rims – so we know we’re in good hands!”
