Italian cycling footwear and apparel company Northwave has chosen HLC as partner for exclusive distribution of its footwear in the USA and Canadian markets.
Most Northwave products are already available in the U.S. market, and Canadian distribution will begin in September 2024.
This new partnership will enhance Northwave’s growth trajectory in North America and strengthen the company’s global presence by further complementing its network of selected distributors worldwide.

Founded in 1971 as Calzaturificio Piva and later named Northwave, the company initially specialised in snowboard boots, entering the world of cycling in the early 1990s.
Northwave’s range of cycling shoes spans multiple categories – including road, MTB, gravel, and triathlon – catering to a spectrum of buyers and price points.
The company ethos brings together two souls (biking and snowboarding) in a brand with an Italian identity.
Proprietary patents and leading technical partnerships tell the story of the research behind each product.
Integration into HLC’s catalogue, which features more than 200 of the industry’s leading brands, will make Northwave’s products more visible and accessible.
