At the awards ceremony Bigfoot proprietor Roger Sims was presented with a plaque by Lord Marshall, chairman of British Airways.
Sims said: Were delighted with winning this award and the formal recognition this brings to the work weve put into the business over the past year but we wont rest complacent. Our sales philosophy is based on providing unrivalled customer support and service. Our customer satisafaction surveys have proved were on track so far and it will be part of my challenge to ensure we maintain this.
