We reported last week that the EBMA dumping case could be dropped soon thanks to an emergency meeting of EBMA members, the majority of whom are now against the EBMA-initiated investigation by the European Commission into linked dumping of frames and parts from China and Taiwan.
This meeting was brought forward from the 20th January to the 14th ie the Friday just gone. However, this meeting was cancelled and the original one scheduled for the 20th is the one where Montgomery may face a rough ride from EBMA member companies.
It wont be his only rough ride this week: at Wednesdays COLIBI meeting theres a vote of no confidence motion on the agenda. Will the COLIBI president win this vote? BikeBiz will have a report online just as soon as we get news.
