They all have one common goal: to improve their health and fitness progression. We’re looking for a Customer Service & Operations Advisor to join our busy Customer Services team as we embark on the next stage of our growth.
As an Advisor, you’d be part of a small team responsible for the front line contact directly to our individual customers, providing world-class service through sales support and ensuring the customer has an expert point of contact specific to their needs.
Our HQ is based in Wilford near West Bridgford in Nottingham and there is a 3/2 day per week office/home hybrid working expectation so applicants must bear that in mind when applying.
Retail Specialist (North) – Extra UK
Extra UK is one of the country’s leading distributors of cycling parts and accessories with an enviable portfolio of market leading brands. To meet the ever-changing requirements of the market while ensuring continued focus and growth, we are looking to recruit a Retail Specialist to represent the Fizik, Crankbrothers, Brooks and Selle Royal brands in the North of the UK.
Working closely with the Extra UK Brand Management team, Head of Brands and Area Sales Managers, the role of the Retail Specialist is to promote the Selle Royal Group brands to bicycle dealers and to represent the brands at shows and events.
This is a field-based role and will require regular travel / time away from home. The successful applicants should be able to manage their time effectively and be able to work on their own initiative, while maintaining regular contact with the relevant staff at Extra UK and Selle Royal Group. While full product training will be provided, retail knowledge of the bicycle market as well as enthusiasm and understanding of all types of riding (Road, MTB, Gravel and Urban) are necessary to excel in this role. Applicants must also hold a full UK driving license.
Bike Mechanic – Saddle Skedaddle
Reporting to our Chief Guide and Operations Manager and coordinating with freelance tour guides and local suppliers; this role is responsible for ensuring we provide an unforgettable experience for our UK holiday customers.
The successful candidate will deliver a high standard of bicycle servicing and repairs for a range of bike types including e-bikes, and contribute to the upkeep, cleanliness and organisation of the workshop and bike storage areas. The role also includes work with the local team to manage, source, maintain and repair other resources and equipment on site.
Responsibilities will also include: supervision of the site and its resources, upkeep of various equipment and resources when necessary – purchasing, repairs, maintenance, inventory, coordinating resources with operations team including use of the Resource Management System, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal systems, some coordinating between Penrith workshop and other mechanics/workshops across the UK, and promoting and contributing to Health and Safety and best practices in store, in UK offices and with guides.

Your role as Head Cycle Technician is vital to maintaining our reputation for quality products and service that customers can rely on and trust. As Technician we want you to share our passion for cycling and help every customer to have everything they need to ‘enjoy the ride’. You’ll be comfortable both fixing bicycles and talking to customers.
The ideal person loves getting hands-on and is extremely process-driven – you must be able to complete repairs to an exceptional standard in a set amount of time.
