BikeFolder appoints Conductor to expand brand awareness across Europe

BikeFolder has partnered with dedicated cycling creative agency Conductor to raise brand awareness and uptake of its software solution.

Built on what the business calls “the world’s largest bicycle model database”, the BikeFolder platform provides a digital garage that takes care of all aspects of bike ownership, which aims to solve common challenges for bike shops, workshops, manufacturers and cyclists alike.

With its data foundation, BikeFolder has developed AI tools that aim to empower bicycle shops, streamlining and elevating their business model by automating time-consuming daily tasks, enhancing efficiency, and boosting customer loyalty.

Critically, the platform also supports brands in meeting new EU regulations, helping businesses go paperless, streamlining compliance and sustainability.

To date, BikeFolder has already enjoyed huge success in its native Norway, with over 1 million bikes in the database and 80% market coverage of new and used bikes.

This fast growth has proven there is demand for the software, and BikeFolder sees now as the time is right to partner with Conductor, utilising their creative and marketing expertise to expand – initially across the Nordic region, before subsequently entering Northern European markets.

Sondre Norland, BikeFolder founder, said “2025 marks an exciting new phase for BikeFolder as we roll our software out to new markets.

“We’ve enjoyed phenomenal success in our native Norway and have proven that we provide retailers, workshops, mechanics, brands and cyclists with an invaluable set of tools to make their cycling life easier.”

“Working Conductor, an agency that knows the needs of the cycling industry and cyclists to an exceptional level of detail, enables us to communicate the many features and benefits with creativity, simplicity and confidence.”

Jonathan Davies, Conductor co-founder, added: “BikeFolder is a brand that we’re thrilled to be working with. Sondre, Ken and the BikeFolder team have built software that provides incredible benefits for many cycling audiences and we’re looking forward to creating exciting, dynamic work that has a tangible impact on the business.”
