Silverfish signs Jonty Bright as new bike sales manager for the North of England and Wales

Silverfish has announced that Jonty Bright has joined the team as the bike sales manager for North England and Wales.

With a history in the industry and a passion for bikes, Bright is set to elevate the presence of Yeti Cycles and Norco across these key territories for the distributor.

Alex Metcalfe, Silverfish’s commercial director, said that he “couldn’t be more hyped” to have Bright on board.

Metcalfe continued: “He has a proven track record of building world-class brands in the UK market, and his in-depth knowledge of the industry is second to none.

“We are confident that his expertise will not only strengthen our relationships with dealers and customers but will also continue to elevate Yeti and Norco’s presence throughout the region.

“His deep-rooted passion for mountain biking, along with his impressive experience, makes him the perfect fit for our team. Jonty has spent this first week getting deeply immersed into Yeti and Norco, he’s already clocked a huge number of kilometres thoroughly testing out the range with our southern bike sales manager, George Currie.”

With Bright’s appointment, Silverfish is looking to reaffirm its commitment to “delivering the best” in MTB performance and customer service.

As the company continues to build on its reputation as a leading UK MTB distributor, Bright’s addition to the team is another step forward in its mission.

Bright shared his enthusiasm about the new role, saying: “Joining Silverfish feels like a dream come true.

“I’ve admired Yeti and Norco for years – these are brands with such strong heritage and innovation in the mountain biking world. To now be a part of building their presence here in North England and Wales is an opportunity I’m incredibly excited about.

“The Silverfish team is as passionate as I am, and I can’t wait to get out there and share that with the community. Having tested out the bikes, I know I’ve made a great choice coming to Silverfish.”

Bright can be contacted on 07717 362523 or by email at: jonty.bright@silverfish-uk.com.
