Inside Sales Representative – Santa Cruz Bicycles & Cervelo Cycles UK 

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with dealers, growing sales and promoting our brands. Our ideal candidate is commercially minded with strong communication skills. A passion for cycling is a bonus!

Hire Mechanic Apprentice

The genral main duties include, overseeing day to day maintenance of hire fleet. Promptly repair the hire bikes, ensuring that no bike is out of action for longer than 7 days. Hire out bikes to customers as required by the rota/BRM. Open and close the hire yard as required by the rota. Ensure maintenance and usage records are kept for hire fleet and bikes are being serviced as per the service schedule. Contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of hire yard and ensure that the workshop is clean and tidy at all times. Work towards completing your Cytech Level 2 and Level 3 mechanics qualifications. Assist mechanic with stocktakes. Responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable hire fleet.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Mechanic to join our bike shop. This is a unique opportunity as Mud Dock typically runs a very low staff turnover, as we like to stick around. As well as keeping your team engaged and motivated, you will need to embrace a real passion and understanding of cycling along with trends and new tech. You maintain the efficient and effective operational day-to-day running of the workshop as well as leading your team from the front.

The role requires somebody with a Cytec Level 2 qualification or equivalent work experience and the ability to work around complex problems on a range of different bikes, importantly Bromptons and Electric bikes. Based at our extensive new premises in Canada Water, we are looking for a cycle industry professional with an interest in sustainability and the social value of bikes to join the team. Reporting to our Chief Guide and Operations Manager and coordinating with freelance tour guides and local suppliers; this role is responsible for ensuring we provide an unforgettable experience for our UK holiday customers.

Head Cycle Technician – The Electric Bike Shop

Whether it be for the weekday commute or weekend pursuits, our customers have very different preferences. What they all have in common is a genuine excitement when they’re presented with their cycling products & you are looked upon not just as a representative of The Electric Bike Shop, but a cycling know-it-all.

Your role as Head Cycle Technician is vital to maintaining our reputation for quality products and service that customers can rely on and trust. As Technician we want you to share our passion for cycling and help every customer to have everything they need to ‘enjoy the ride’. You’ll be comfortable both fixing bicycles and talking to customers.

The ideal person loves getting hands-on and is extremely process-driven – you must be able to complete repairs to an exceptional standard in a set amount of time.
