7mesh appoints new sales partners in Benelux region and North America

7mesh has announced that it has appointed new sales partners in Europe and North America.

The brand will now be represented by Summit Outdoor & Sports in the Benelux region, and by AKA Sports Group in Ontario, Canada.

With a wealth of experience operating in the outdoor and softgoods markets, Summit Outdoor is positioned to help 7mesh grow in the passionate Benelux cycling market.

“We’re very happy to have found Richard Cremers from Summit Outdoor, a passionate cyclist, and experienced apparel representative with a strong track record in the Dutch, Belgium, and Luxembourg markets,” said John Zopfi, 7mesh GM EMEA.

“With Richard on board, 7mesh will continue to support individual bike dealers and explore new partnerships within the crossover of outdoor and bike.”

In Ontario, AKA’s respected reputation across the outdoor and specialty bike spectrum will help 7mesh strengthen and expand its retailer relationships across the province.

Andrew Sherry, VP of sales, added: “It’s also great to be working with Andrew and Rob from AKA, together we’re committed to providing top-notch knowledge and service to our customers.”

Approaching its 10th anniversary, 7mesh continues to break new ground, with its focus on innovation and performance.

These new appointments, alongside the recent expansion of 7mesh’s sales leadership team, position 7mesh for further success as it enters its second decade of business.

Sherry was part of the brand’s sales leadership expansion with his appointment announced last month.

The newly created role of VP of sales increases the resources dedicated to growing the business while also acting as a homecoming for Sherry, who previously led the development of 7mesh’s western Canadian dealer network as an independent sales agent.

Sherry joins 7mesh’s leadership team, sitting alongside John Zopfi, general manager EMEA and APAC, who took on extra responsibility as interim global wholesale leader while a review and reorganisation of leadership roles was completed.
